To make up for down sales in these uncertain economic times, we’ve had to come up some new ways to expand our business. We present to you our new resident bar tender, Sean Tubbs.

We get some pretty interesting custom orders from time to time, but figured we’d have to share this one with you. 6’0 Plank with a pink acid splash and a “bearfish” painted on the deck. Keep an eye out for a bearfish in the line up soon!
Dawson in PR
Here’s some clips we came across of Mel Beach local Mark Dawson in PR this winter. We’ll go ahead and claim he won the Catalyst most rippingest surfer @ OA this last swell award amongst all the usual suspects (Blake and Justin, Guilbeau, Phillip, Scarchase, Sack, etc…), for which he will receive one half of a bar of cold water Sticky Bumps. Good on ya mate!
